琅岐经济区鼓励产业：

琅岐新区作为福州市“沿江向海”的发展战略中向北翼拓展的一个重要组成部分，要充分利用开发区扩区琅岐的契机和发挥琅岐滨江临海、生态环境好、岸线资源丰富、农业基础较好、旅游开发较早等优势，以基础设施为带动，重点发展环境友好型、低耗能、低污染、高附加值产业，力争用三、五年时间重点引进和培育若干龙头企业，促进琅岐主导产业的形成。重点发展以下产业：

1、新型工业：重点发展船舶修造及配套产业、海洋生物科技产业、生物医药产业、食品及农副产品深加工业、精密机械和节能环保产品加工制造业、临港加工业等，发展与产业相配套的生产研发基地和服务外包基地，打造临港临海生态型工业园区和高新技术企业集中区。

2、现代农业：重点发展特色农业、休闲农业和生态农业，从现有基础出发，充分利用榕台农业合作平台，加快农业科技精品园建设，扶持发展龙头企业，做大做强水产、水果、花卉苗木三大产业，逐步形成生产销售、旅游休闲相结合的农业产业链。

3、旅游及相关配套服务产业：重点发展农业观光休闲旅游和闽江口文化古迹观光旅游，挖掘民俗和生态旅游资源、引进大型主题游乐和休闲旅游项目，结合旅游地产项目的开发，完善相关旅游配套服务设施。

As an important component for Fuzhou development in north part, Langqi makes use of this opportunity to extend it district, giving a full play to its advantage on its special location, good environment, abundant resource on the seashore, good agricultural foundation and the developed tourism. The top priority is to use its foundation facilities to develop industries of environment friendly, low-energy-consumption, low-pollution and high-added-value.
